REFIT is operated by Rafik Rechache, an individual based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Using the app means agreeing to what follows. If you disagree with any of it, do not use REFIT. Questions: [email protected].
A fashion feed where every photo is an outfit whose pieces can be identified and bought. You post outfits, tag the garments in them, save pieces you like, and follow other people.
You must be at least 14. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use REFIT with a parent or guardian's permission. One person, one account, and the account is yours to keep secure: anything done with your sign-in is treated as done by you.
You keep every right you have in your photos and text. By posting them, you give REFIT permission to store, display and distribute them inside the app, so the app can do the one thing it exists for: show your fit to other people.
That permission ends when you delete. Deleting one fit removes it everywhere, except that a piece someone else saved keeps the snapshot they saved. Deleting your account removes everything, that snapshot included: your right to leave outweighs someone else's bookmark. Backups roll off on their own schedule.
You confirm you have the right to post what you post: your own photos, or photos you are allowed to publish, and no one else's likeness without their agreement.
Text is checked when it is written, photos are checked when they are posted, and content reported by three different accounts is hidden immediately pending review. Refused content is not published. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed, and serious cases are reported to the authorities.
Brand accounts are granted by review, never self-serve, and a reserved brand handle can only be held by the brand it belongs to. Applying does not entitle you to approval, and approval can be withdrawn if the claim turns out to be false.
REFIT does not sell anything itself today and is not party to your purchase. The merchant is: their prices, stock, shipping, returns and warranty are theirs, and any dispute is between you and them. Product information shown in REFIT comes from search results and from what posters type, so it can be wrong, out of date, or point at the wrong item. Check the merchant's page before buying.
REFIT is offered as it is. It can change, break, or be unavailable, and features can be added or removed. Nothing here promises the app will keep working the way it does today.
Delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. REFIT may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other users or the service at risk. If REFIT shuts down, you will be told in advance and given time to retrieve your content.
To the extent the law allows: REFIT is provided without warranties of any kind, and Rafik Rechache is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid for REFIT, which today is nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as permitted, and this paragraph does not affect the rights consumer law gives you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of consumer law where you live.
These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them and the app says so. Continuing to use REFIT after a change means the new version applies.
